WE’RE BACK TO NORMAL HOURS – CLICK HERE FOR HOURS OF OPERATION AT EACH OF OUR LOCATIONS
It is our intention to start opening our yards and gates to facilitate a more efficient pick up experience. The stores will also begin to reopen on Wednesday May 20th. We will be limiting the number of vehicles in our yards to the number of yardmen we have to assist you. The stores will limit shoppers based on a ratio of shoppers to salesmen. We will start with 2 customers in a store for every sales associate. We still encourage you to plan ahead and call in your orders so we can have them ready for you when you arrive. This has proven to work well in many of our locations and has kept both our employees and customers safe.
Each location will have their own ways of directing traffic and limiting entrance to both the yards and the stores. I anticipate the reopening of nonessential construction will lead to a spike in both yard and store business so I ask for your patience once again as we work to find the best way to keep everyone safe and work more efficiently.
We still ask all customers to remain in their vehicles as our employees load your cars and trucks. We will still be the only one’s handling products in our yards. After we have loaded your vehicle you will be directed to a staging area where you can exit your vehicle and secure your products away from others. Everyone in our yards and stores are required to wear a mask. No exceptions to this policy will be allowed. We can still bring products to our gate or front door if you do not have a mask.
Returns will be handled as best we can but please try to order what you need. We will stage returns in specific areas where they will remain for 3-4 days before they are returned to stock. Store items will be sprayed or wiped down after this time period and returned to stock. Keep in mind that not all items are returnable so contact your sales associate in advance.
