Debbie is a CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) with over 15 years of industry related experience, working with both homeowners & remodelers on all types of projects. There is no project to small, or too big, for Debbie. Her organized and calming approach to the entire process helps put her clients at ease…and her repeat & referral business confirms that! Working creatively ‘outside of the box’ with both the contractor and homeowner….expectations are usually exceeded! In 2006, Debbie was promoted as the Kitchen Division manager for Jaeger Lumber. During that time, and with an eye towards providing the most current & relevant products in the industry, Debbie added two new cabinetry lines, multiple countertop manufacturers and expanded the cabinetry hardware selections. By attending the annual Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), she is able to stay in-sync with industry trends. Debbie’s educational background includes a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, a MBA in Finance & Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Lehigh University.Debbie is currently the President for the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) and is a member of the NKBA’s National Leadership Recruitment Committee. Debbie has also held multiple positions on the board including 5 years as the Chapter Treasurer, 4 years as the VP of Government Relations, Chapter Secretary, and 3 years as Chapter Representative. She was also a member of the NKBA National Finance Committee. She has co-chaired the NKBA annual golf scholarship outing for 5 years. Listening intently to his client’s wants & needs, Dominic has been able to utilize his 25 years in the kitchen/bath remodeling industry, by helping guide his clients towards making logical design & layout decisions that last for years to come. Dominic is a native of Pennsylvania, attended the University of Pittsburgh, and understands the need to stay connected & updated by attending industry related, educational events . Referrals are not uncommon; Dominic’s contractor customer base continues to provide him with a steady flow of projects. Hearing the words “Thank you!” at the end of a successful project is very satisfying to Dominic; a confirmation that he assisted the customer by helping turning their ideas into a finished project they can be proud of. Having been employed by Jaeger Lumber for over 8 years, Dominic enjoys time off with hobbies such as fishing, playing music & spending time with his family.

As a certified kitchen designer (CKD), John leverages his 15 years of design experience as well as his diverse background in architecture, construction & cabinetry installation. Attention to detail and a love for cooking is an added bonus as John guides his clients through the design & layout process. John calmly and confidently turns his clients’ concerns into home designs that are both functional and beautiful. John’s work has been published in the popular publication, Design NJ , and his projects have been featured in Westfield, NJ Home Tours , as well as Plainfield, NJ Historic Home Tours. On a personal note, John is an active member of his community serving on various church committees, little League & basketball coaching, as well as Assistant Cub Scout master. John has been a dedicated and valued employee of the Jaeger Lumber design team since 2006.

Michele Perec-Zaremba is a seasoned designer who has over 20 years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry. Michele has designed and managed over 100 residential kitchen designs and installation projects. She has done it all, from multi-unit high-rises to multi-million dollar homes throughout the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania area.Learning about design and construction from her father, an Architect with the City of New York, she developed a passion for design early on. Inevitably, Michele followed in her father’s footsteps.Having a background in both Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design, she has a unique eye for spatial planning. Specializing in luxury home renovations, Michele believes that, “The kitchen is the heart of the home…it’s where we eat and entertain…it’s where we make memories and make messes, so it needs to be functional and fabulous.”She closely collaborates with her clients, translating their needs by bringing beauty and elegance into their homes, from conception to completion.

Pam’s love for creativity and expression, coupled with a solutions-oriented thought process, brought her to Jaeger as a junior kitchen and bath designer in 2018. Pam grew up helping her father with their many home renovation projects and has never lost her love of seeing a new vision come to life. Her attention to detail and a cohesive overall design plan helps homeowners confidently pull together and conquer what can feel like an overwhelming task. Problem-solving is a challenge she addresses with enthusiasm and her ability to think outside the box offers solutions that can sometimes come as an exciting surprise to her clients.Pam’s many interests include photography, cooking, biking, listening to live music and, of course, home renovation. She lives in Randolph with her teenage daughter and Goldendoodle.
