Debbie is a CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) with more than 15 years of industry-related experience working with homeowners and remodelers on all types of projects. Her organized and calming approach helps put her clients at ease. There is no project too small or too big for Debbie – her creative, outside-the-box thinking keeps homeowners and contractors coming back and the referrals rolling in.Debbie has always been dedicated to providing the most current and relevant products in the industry and regularly attends the annual Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) to keep up on the latest trends. She was promoted to Kitchen Division manager of Jaeger Lumber in 2006, adding two new cabinetry lines, multiple countertop manufacturers, and expanding our cabinetry hardware selections.

Debbie has a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, an MBA in Finance from the Stillman School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Lehigh University. She has been President of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) and has held multiple positions on their board, including Treasurer, VP of Government Relations, Secretary, and Chapter Representative. Debbie also is a member of the NKBA’s National Leadership Recruitment Committee and has co-chaired the NKBA annual golf scholarship outing multiple times. She was the 2014 NKBA Design Winner for co-designing the Farmhouse Kitchen, and in 2017, was selected for the Mansion in May Designer Showcase at Alnwick Hall-The Abbey in Morris Township, NJ. Debbie lives with her husband and son in Madison, NJ.

With more than 25 years in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry, Dominic listens intently to his clients’ needs and guides them toward practical design and layout decisions that make life simple. Dominic stays connected and up to date by attending industry-related educational events. Hearing the words “thank you” at the end of a successful project is fulfilling to Dominic – he’s dedicated to helping customers turn their ideas into finished projects they can be proud of. His customer base of contractors and other construction professionals continues to provide him with a steady flow of referrals and projects.A native of Pennsylvania, Dominic attended the University of Pittsburgh and has been with Jaeger Lumber for more than eight years. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, playing music, and spending time with his family.

Michele is a seasoned designer with more than 20 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry. With a background in both interior design and kitchen and bath design, Michele has a unique eye for spatial planning and specializes in luxury home renovations. From multi-unit high-rises to multi-million dollar homes throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Michele has designed and managed hundreds of residential kitchen designs and installation projects.She developed a passion for design early on, learning from her father who was an architect for the City of New York. She believes that “the kitchen is the heart of the home. It’s where we eat and entertain and make memories and messes, so it needs to be functional and fabulous.” Michele takes a collaborative approach with her clients and translates their needs and aesthetics by bringing beauty and elegance into their homes.

LuAnne Martini – Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry Designer

I am a 20 year veteran in the field of kitchen and bath design. I began working at the main desk at Jaeger Lumber / Madison in 2018. After a year I was able to move exclusively to kitchen design. I have built strong relationships with builders, architects and homeowners. My body of work includes remodels, additions and new construction. I have a knack for transforming a blank space into a customer’s dream space. I truly enjoy my job and the creative atmosphere at Jaeger. I enjoy spending time with my husband, our 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Holidays are the best! We also love to entertain friends and travel whenever possible. I am a Chase Elliot fan and Team Redskins! My philosophy is “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough!”

Julie Sidwell – Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry Designer

After ten years in a successful interior design & architectural sales role, Julie transitioned into kitchen design, which is well aligned with her creativity and interest in thoughtful space planning. She loves figuring out the “puzzle” of an efficient kitchen, and she’s passionate about creating beautiful spaces that express how her customers really live. This is where the magic happens for her, and is what most inspires her in design. Julie knows that a kitchen remodel is an important venture for most people and values open communication and collaboration with both clients and contractors. She loves design and is continually drawing inspiration from innovative design methods as well the classic architectural details of older homes.
